Jack
Inclusion Coffee Company’s mission is enriching the lives of individuals with special needs by providing them with valuable on-the-job experience and training through employment in our coffee shop.
Jack is excited to work at Inclusion “because it will be fun and I will get to meet a lot of people—I’ll make coffee drinks and make people happy with them!”

A little bit about the shop
Inclusion Coffee Company will provide a fun yet challenging environment for individuals with special needs—through working at the shop they will gain insight and skills to perform such tasks as cooking, baking, crafting drinks, money handling, customer service, and more.
Our goal is that more than 50% of our staff positions will be filled by special needs individuals.
The shop will serve Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters from Watertown, Wisconsin—Berres Brothers is a veteran owned small business that creates incredibly delicious coffees and also offers us the opportunity to participate in their private labeling program.
Our shop will offer all your favorite coffee drinks, juices, smoothies, fresh made bakery, breakfast sandwiches and dishes, sandwiches and panini, pinsa, and a few more surprises to come—we will offer catering to workplaces and special events of all types so please keep us in mind in the future.
As for why we chose the location, we love that it’s conveniently located in the heart of Lake Country, offers an easy to use drive thru, and boasts a spacious outdoor seating area.
Our goal is to open the shop in March 2022. We hope if you haven’t already that you’ll Like & Follow our Facebook Page to stay informed with updates along the way.
We look forward to welcoming you soon to Inclusion Coffee Company—Where Lake Country Meets!
